At Flex Verona, we strive to deliver high-quality products and exceptional service. Because our items are custom printed and shipped directly from our partners, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size orders, or general dissatisfaction. Please read product descriptions and sizing guides carefully before purchasing.



Damaged or Defective Items



If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo and description of the issue. We’ll work with our print partner to provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.



Order Issues



  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days, contact us at support@flexverona.com so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.
  • If your order is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please confirm the address and check with your local carrier.




Refunds



Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
